Made from one large section of a rare Red Cedar tree that feel near me in a storm, I chose to make a Pagan Hare. Or rather, it chose me, through my daughter, who demanded I carve this shape. This is while we lived in Aus, and I then became fascinated by depictions of Hare’s in English heritage ever since.
